I love to learn, I love a challenge, I love using the things we have right in front of us, I especially love when it all comes together! A few years ago, my father was cutting down some walnut trees that my great-grandfather planted 80+ years ago. I had the time, I had the tools and now I had the material…and I began learning how to turn naturally beautiful wood into useful, beautiful things.

From benches and desks, tables and shelves, I moved to charcuterie boards and kid’s toys. Have a thought for a project, let me know! I use primarily PA native wood, and all of it “reclaimed”. I might forage it, find it, or swap for some lumber already cut, but I do not take down any trees. While I do make my own creations, I also love to work with people, and include them in the selection of the wood, the finish and form of their piece. I would love to hear from you and work with you to create a piece for your home or as a gift. Thanks for looking me up!
